This training programme offers practical knowledge and skills from team leading through to project and resource management. Embedded within this programme are modules from the CMI (Chartered Institute of Management) and you can apply for Foundation Chartered Manager status upon completion of this programme.

Learn decision making, communication and planning skills to support managing a team.  Designed for supervisory or first line managers to help develop empathy, active listening and problem-solving skills.
