SSO 2

Safeguarding Support Officer 
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 Advanced
Typical Duration: 18 months
Training Method: Online learning

This brand new training programme offers a pathway for school professionals who work within safeguarding or have safeguarding responsibilities as part of their role. Gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to safeguard vulnerable individuals, serving as the first point of contact for concerns. Learn to recognise early signs of abuse, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with agencies to ensure timely interventions.

School Business Professional 
Apprenticeship Level: Level 4 Higher
Typical Duration: 16 months
Training Method: Online learning

This programme provides the essential skills to excel in today's dynamic educational landscape. Gain proficiency in key areas such as financial management, procurement, human resources, and compliance with safeguarding/health and safety policies. It is ideal for school business managers looking to gain high-quality knowledge and experience alongside a recognised qualification.

School Administrator 
Apprenticeship Level : Level 3 Advanced
Typical Duration : 16 months
Training Method : Online learning

This programme is designed to boost productivity, enhance communication, and improve workplace efficiency. It is the perfect investment in your school admin employees’ professional development as it equips them with essential school administration skills. The training covers vital topics such as project management, planning and organisation, presentation skills and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Wellbeing 2

School Staff & Community Wellbeing Champion
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 Advanced
Typical Duration: 16 months
Training Method: Online learning

This training programme offers staff within an educational setting the opportunity to learn skills to support the physical, mental, emotional and social health and wellbeing of those around them whilst supporting them to build their resilience. Learn how to implement strategies and policies and to provide interventions that support health and wellbeing.

 

LIAS

Library, Information & Archive Services Assistant
Apprenticeship Level : Level 3 Advanced
Typical Duration : 20 months
Training Method : Online learning

This programme is ideal for staff members within the libarary or achiving services departments. Discover how to help users find resources, solve problems and improve digital literacy within a school. Develop key skills including customer service, information literacy, in an ethical and appropriate manner. Gain a recognised CILIP qualification as part of this programme.

Accounts or Finance Asst 2

Accounts or Finance Assistant
Apprenticeship Level: Level 2
Typical Duration: 17 months
Training Method: Online learning

This Level 2 AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) training programme is for entry-level finance staff who assist with financial tasks or undertake junior accounting duties. It covers key areas such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, regulatory compliance and using accounting software. Benefit from an enhanced experience with new online and virtual classroom learning. Asst. Accounting 2

Assistant Accountant

Prof Accounting 2

Professional Accounting Technician

It is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, practices and regulations. This training programme offers practical knowledge and skills from team leading through to project and resource management. Embedded within this programme are modules from the CMI (Chartered Institute of Management) and you can apply for Foundation Chartered Manager status upon completion of this programme.

Manager-4

Operations Manager 
Apprenticeship Level : Level 5 Higher
Typical Duration : 20 months
Training Method : Online learning

This higher level management training programme delivers a broad range of practical management knowledge and skills to help you develop as a leader. It provides a professional pathway for future development with eligibility for Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) or Chartered Manager (CMgr) status.
